Gathered user research data from instructional designers to develop detailed personas to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of learners. I also created user journey and empathy maps to visualize and enhance the user experience to ensure every design decision across different teams were made with the users' needs in mind.
Interactive Experience Development
Translated Instructional Design deliverables into interactive assessments, activities and games (developed in Genially), making learning more engaging and tailored to specific learners' needs and behaviors. Uploaded and structured course content in platforms like Rise and My Academy, ensuring a seamless and intuitive learning experience.
Graphic Design and Data Visualization
Developed compelling visual materials, including infographics, motion design assets, and B2B presentations simplifying complex data. Created data visualizations for case studies and needs analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
Key Projects and Outcomes
Custom Learning Center of Excellence (COE)
Successfully designed and implemented style guides, design systems, and comprehensive learning sites. This initiative improved learner engagement and satisfaction, setting a new standard for educational excellence within the organization.
DEI Product Suite
Designed the UI, graphic identity, and style guide for a set of six courses adopted for new hire onboarding across North America. This suite was also adopted by key clients such as Bath & Body Works and Jazz Pharmaceuticals, enhancing their onboarding processes.
Cash App Proof of Concept
Led the UI and design system efforts, resulting in a multi-year project scope and the birth of a new business model. This project supported multiple lines of business and demonstrated the potential for scalable e-learning solutions.
Customer Personas
Developed customer personas and mind maps, aligning user needs with business goals. This product, serving industries such as automotive, retail, and fintech, generated over $50K in revenue and provided valuable insights for product positioning.
Soft Skills Product Suite
Generated over $500K in revenue, with the suite being adopted across industries like retail, transportation logistics, and healthcare. The products were praised for their engaging and user-friendly design.
